Technical by nature, Taylor brings a strong proficiency in utilizing software to execute a variety of project deliverables. He has been actively engaged in low-rise commercial and high-rise residential developments across the GTA, including work on the restoration of the Parliamentary Precinct in Ottawa. With an attention to detail and craft in the work produced, Taylor’s effort in creating Building Information Models and as-built conditions is essential to ensuring each project has an optimized workflow from site plan approval through construction.
Most memorable career moment thus far?
Being able to participate in the architectural rehabilitation of Canada’s Parliamentary Precinct has been extremely gratifying. Having access to innovative tools and point cloud data in collaboration with Heritage Conservation Services for Canada’s most iconic buildings and largest restoration project ever was a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Notable Projects
Centre and East Block of the Parliamentary Precinct Rehabilitation in Ottawa, ME Living Condos and 128 Hazelton Avenue residences in the GTA, and King George Lofts, a residential conversion of a century old heritage school house in Newmarket.

A purveyor of building materials. It’s hard to imagine not being involved with our built environment in some way, shape, or form.
