A facade rendering of The Bedford from streetview.

Bride Path Residence

The exterior of this residence is a reinterpretation of traditional Georgian architecture seen through a contemporary lens. Rooted in our philosophy’s 6 axioms—symmetry, repetition, proportion, hierarchy, materiality, and the emotive—the home achieves a timeless elegance that bridges heritage and contemporary living.

The symmetrical façade is composed of smooth, light-toned stone articulated with subtle architrave and cornice details. French balconies on the second floor, along with decorative window and door paneling, recall the stately grace of Georgian precedents. In contrast, crisp lines, simplified profiles, and minimal ornamentation introduce a distinctly modern sensibility. Tall, slender windows framed in dark bronze, crowned by a steeply pitched roof, accentuate the home’s vertical rhythm and lend an enduring sense of grandeur. The result is a composition that feels both dignified and understated.

The surrounding landscape complements the residence's disciplined geometry with sculpted hedges, linear pathways, and formal plantings that enhance the architecture’s formality and composure. Together, the architecture and setting create a unified sense of order, sophistication, and calm.
