2004-2008 Bathurst Street is a proposed 17-story mixed-use condo and retail building in Forest Hill, just South of Eglinton Avenue West. Inspired by classical New York-style apartment buildings, the design features a five-storey podium scaled to maintain a welcoming street presence in a residential neighbourhood. At the same time, the 12-storey tower above provides sophisticated and comfortable living units.
